redbloc - brick panel system Holland 

In 2005 the company Verbo Prefab was established by Mr. Verbaan and Mr. Bodt in the Netherlands. The prefab factory was built in Weert which is situated near the Belgian border. In the beginning brick walls which were bonded by mortar, were produced and distributed in the Netherlands and later on in Belgium.

In a constant search of product-optimization and improvement of efficiency of machinery new developments have been made. The biggest leap was the contact with Redbloc Systems in 2008. Shortly after the Verbo Prefab revamped their production to the patented Redbloc system, where wall elements are bonded with the two-component-adhesive. Thereby the quality of the prefabricated walls improved greatly along with the capacity and the efficiency. Presently many houses and apartments in the Netherlands and Belgium are constructed with prefabricated brick walls from Verbo Prefab. The planning of a second plant in Benelux is currently in preparation.
